Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are only able to accept returns on defective or damaged product.
If you receive a damaged or defective item we require that you contact us first to make arrangements for any return of items, and get a return authorization before returning items. Requests for returns must be made within 30 of invoice date.
All damaged or defective products will be replaced with the same or equivalent items. No refunds or store credit will be issued.
Our return and refund policy is specifically designed with our customers in mind, so that we may provide you with safe high quality products at the most affordable prices. Our staff double-checks all orders carefully and packs all orders to ensure safe transit to your location.
A variety of shipping methods are available to allow your order to arrive in good condition and within a reasonable time frame. We will send small orders via USPS and larger orders via FedEx ground service, unless you have specifically requested another shipment method. We cannot be held responsible for shipment delays or for damaged products due to severe weather, transportation problems and/or backordered products.
In the event you have ordered a product that is on backorder from the distributor, we will ship the items that we have available. We will then ship the backordered items when they become available to us. This will not affect your shipping charges if you have earned free shipping.
Delivery times listed below do not include the time to process your order, out of stock or special order arrivals.
Standard Shipping – Items shipped Standard will be sent via either FedEx Ground or USPS Parcel Post. These orders typically take 1-5 business days to arrive.
Expedited Shipping – Expedited items will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Second Day. These items will typically take 2-3 business days to arrive.
Next Day Shipping – Next day shipping is available on all orders placed before 2pm central time Monday-Friday
